SOLICITOR
Second Year + SOLICITOR in a boutique legal practice in Bacchus Marsh, specializing in all areas of Family Law Litigation for secure permanent full-time position of 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm with great prospects of career advancement.
Ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Have a passion in our areas of law, taking a hands-on approach in client/file management and enjoy doing your own court appearances, having first hand satisfaction of obtaining results needed and wanted by clients;
- Must have at least 2 years experience as a Solicitor, in particular, have experience with client appointments, running matter files from start to end and attending own court appearances;
- Must be already be admitted not only in the Supreme Court of Victoria but also in High Court, and have a current practicing certificate;
- Must have great communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to follow established office administration / procedures and Works well as individual and in small team;
- Must have experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook – emails, calendar, tasks, and Excel), Leap Legal Software and Ricoh Printer;
- Training to enhance your Solicitor skills or Court Advocacy skills will be provided as needed;
- Preference will be given to person already accepted as solicitor under 29A Panel of Victoria Legal Aid Family Law; and
- Remuneration negotiable and dependent on experience.

PARALEGAL / LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK
Receptionist/ Legal Administrative Clerk
In a boutique legal practice in Bacchus Marsh servicing Family Law, Property Law, Conveyancing, Civil Litigation, Wills and Deceased Estate. Part-time job share position of 3 days or 2 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and Friday) from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Ability to follow established office administration / procedures;
• Works well in small team and on their own with allocated tasks;
• High level of Computer skills necessary in particular ability to manoeuvre with ease in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook – mails/calendar/tasks, and Excel), Leap Legal Software and Ricoh Printer;
• Must have at least 6 months Experience as Receptionist/ Legal Administrative Clerk – Level 1 Legal Services Award
• Training to enhance your Legal Administrative Clerk skills will be provided (as needed)
